Collagen Induction Therapy Microneedling

REJUVENATE. REFINE. PERFECT.

Microneedling is a procedure that naturally stimulates the formation of new collagen and elastin with little to no downtime. The procedure is quick, comfortable, and more affordable than other invasive laser procedures. Our state-of-the-art Rejuvaderm NXT®️ Pen creates microscopic channels in the treated areas. The wound of the superficial skin layers elicits an inflammatory response in the body which kick-starts your skin's natural healing ability. The results leave your skin rejuvenated with a reduced appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Reasons to get Microneedling

  • build collagen

  • reduce fine lines and wrinkles

  • scar treatment

  • sun damage

  • anti-aging

  • shrink pores

  • rosacea improvement

  • hair growth stimulation

  • enhanced response to acne treatments

Does It Hurt?

Most people report minimal discomfort (much less painful than ablative laser resurfacing). Having said that, everyone's tolerance for pain is different, so we apply a mild numbing cream 20 minutes before your procedure. Post-procedure, most clients report the feeling of a mild sunburn for 24-48 hours. Many people report mild discomfort 2-3 hours after the procedure.

How many treatments do I need?

Generally, it takes 3-4 treatments to achieve optimal results. The treatments should be scheduled 3 weeks apart and you should plan to be out of the sun for several days after the procedure. Fall and Winter are ideal months to get microneedling.

What areas of the body can be treated with Microneedling?

Microneedling is most commonly performed on the face, but any areas of the body that could benefit from stimulating collagen can be treated. The neck, chest, hands, and behind the ears get excellent results from Microneedling.

Microneedling is safe and effective for all skin types. The Rejuvadern NXT®️ equipment we use is the ONLY FDA-approved device for Microneedling. Have more questions? Contact us today to set up a consultation.
